IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH THE 152-"FEDERAL LAW"

ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA»

This "Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") establishes the procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of personal data, as well as information on the implemented requirements for the protection of personal data of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") using the services, information, services and products of the resource located on the domain name of the sfsfamilygroup.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

The Regulation was developed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the Regulation is to ensure the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

The Site has the right to make any changes to the Regulations at any time at its discretion, including in cases where it is required in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. At the same time, an updated version of the Regulations will be posted on the Site.

By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the site, by filling in the fields of the feedback forms, the User:

• confirms that all the data provided by him belong to him personally,
• confirms and recognizes that he has carefully read the Agreement in full and the terms of processing his personal data indicated by him in the fields of the feedback forms, the text of the agreement and the terms of personal data processing are clear to him;
• agrees to the processing by the Site of the personal data provided as part of the information in order to conclude this Agreement between it and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
• agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the performance of actions provided for in clause 3 of part 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data", and confirms that, giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest. The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious. The User of the Site, providing his personal data and information, agrees with the provisions of these Regulations.

This consent of the User is recognized as executed in a simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic; year of birth; place of stay (city, region); phone numbers; e-mail addresses (E-mail).

The user providing the site has the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for the periods of storage of reporting established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years, from the date of termination of the use of services by the User; refinement (update, change); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties in compliance with measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

The data of this Regulation, provided for processing and storage, may be used for interaction, as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. To do this, the site has the right to notify users using SMS notifications or email newsletters containing:

• information about news and events;
• invitations to events;
• promotional offers, promotions and presentations;
• articles and publications;
• surveys, questionnaires, collection of information to assess the quality of the work of experts;
• other types of communication that do not contradict the current legislation.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the site administration indicating the data defined by Art. 14 of the Law "On Personal Data". Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending the User a corresponding order in a simple written form to the contact e-mail address specified on the site.

The Site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and illegal) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means. The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby agree that the site may contact me by sending messages using the means of mail, e-mail, SMS, telephone and other means of communication for marketing, advertising purposes, as well as for the purpose of studying the opinions of consumers. In order to receive only information of interest to me, I agree to the analysis and processing of the history of my interaction with the site.

I agree to the processing of my personal data, including cross-border transfers and transfers to third parties authorized by the site to carry out marketing, advertising and opinion research purposes.

I have read the Website Policy regarding the processing of personal data and agree with its provisions.

I understand that at any time I can withdraw my Consent, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
